The team contribute towards strengthening the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) of Singapore Food Agency (SFA) through its various activities and audits. A good GRC strategy will ensure increase in an organization’s effectiveness and efficiency, as well as eliminate redundancies.I was appointed as Adjunct Examiner in the Ops Risk Management Team to conduct audits, inspections, and red teamings. My scope of work includes reviewing audit findings, identifying root causes and making recommendations for improvement.
