• Evaluation of NOV Rig Technologies’ Working Capital performance; Creation & execution of strategies that bring WC levels to goal. • Successful inventory reduction strategies include:o Launch of first ever online distressed inventory customer portal with pricing at NOV RT o Customized hitlist for sales, superimposing opportunities to customer install baseo Online auctions, philanthropy donations, intercompany inventory transfer systems• Education of WC levers for various groups within the division. (sales, engineering, operations)• Product portfolio assessment, turn rate and cash conversion cycle optimization, continuous evaluation to flag aging & distressed inventory, and all the processes to follow.

• Oversight of global technical and commercial project proposals and applications engineering teams.• Successful BD initiatives include a standardized overview of commercial, contractual, and technical strategies, consolidation of executive risk assessments, land rig sales process improvement, sales systems development, and implementation of margin protection measures globally for $3B+ of revenue over 4 years.

• Responsible for land rig project proposals and technical support for N. American sales.• Tasked with fixing a historically high margin gap between as-sold and as-built land rigs.• Successfully overhauled quotation processes, employees, SOPs, rules of engagement, and set realistic expectations from management and customers with high-level graphical reporting to better enable workload and resource management.• Resulted in margin gap elimination and positive variance in multiple cases.

• Responsible for customer-facing technical sales, quotations, revenue generation, and reporting globally for N. American Offshore land installations.• Product responsibilities include NOV controls systems (legacy and current), power systems (DC & AC), and electrical motors.

• On-site design, development, installation, and commissioning of upgrade projects for offshore power and controls systems- successful installations on 22 platforms. • Hardware & Software Support for all NOV Integrated Controls systems. • BD responsibility for Product development for increased controls system performance. • Worked in 14 different countries and 22 platforms on land and offshore in 3 years.
