Lead Electrical Engineer
Current• Took charge in leading a 5-member team to design and construct a water-quality sensing kit using an ESP32 to measure data such as pH, salinity, and turbidity.• Doubled the device’s battery life by reducing power consumption by 400 mWh through the implementation of BJT switches to limit the power draw of external water-sensing peripherals.• Gained experience in KiCad and LTSpice to proficiently design PCB boards to minimize our circuit size down to 8x6 cm and modularly interface peripherals.• Developed an intermediate proficiency in C++ while programming the ESP32 to gather, save, and send data wirelessly.
