Over 20 years of mine geology experience in an archean gold deposit in the prolific Red Lake camp in Northwestern Ontario.Technical skills include: Management, crew supervision, underground geological mapping and interpretation, face chip sample data collection and interpretation, 3-D wire framing of geological structures, generating ore outlines for cut and fill and longhole stoping areas, grade forecasting for short and long term plans, generate and manage near stope/definition drill programs, and core logging.Supervisory Experience: Over 15 years of supervision experience. Responsible for the health and safety of the teams under my supervision. Responsible for providing training and growth opportunities to team members for career development. Responsible for ensuring safe production targets are met and costs are within budgeted tolerances. Operating budgets ranged from $5M to $15M CAD.
