CurrentThe NCIR - National COVID Immunization Registry is a public-sector / private-enterprise initiative to ease the vaccination verification process and provide a Lot # tracking and Recall system should there be a vaccine recall.The NCIR is expected to enroll 20,000,000 members and will mold into a much needed National Immunization Registry. Currently, immunization registries exist on the state level and only in certain states. The need for a National Registry is critical. When a child moves from one state to another there is no transfer of vaccine records. That alone causes many children to be improperly immunized, some receiving too many doses when history isn't known, and others not receiving vaccines on a proper schedule due to the complex nature of immunization scheduling.eMedRecords produces a system that solves the immunization scheduling complexities, CompuKID, which has been used in Pediatric offices since 1994. As eMedRecords has this unique system that has yet to ever be duplicated, and the CDC's reluctance to take on a National Registry Project, we are undertaking this project from the private-enterprise side.Elon Musk used private-enterprise to assist NASA, eMedRecords will use private-enterprise to solve a problem the federal government is unable to do.
