Nyasha Mudzingwa co-founded Zimbabwe Consolidators out of an experiential realisation of the need for both inter and intra-Africa connectivity. He currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO). Nyasha has years of regional experience at the executive level, having led ZimCon for nearly a decade, and overseen numerous strategic planning, operations, management, and output evaluations. He has previously held positions, including being the Operations Manager at Shachah Trading, specialising in customs clearing, imports and exports and forwarding. Nyasha worked at Moresteel after acquiring his first degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering. He also holds degrees in Business Administration, Management and Marketing, which complement his innate business wit. Nyasha's business philosophy centres on a multi-stakeholder approach, which seeks to enhance relations and form partnerships with clients, suppliers, intermediary agents and employees. In this light, ZimCon, under his leadership, chiefly incorporates and prioritises Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, including a food relief drive for the needy in 2020. Overall, Nyasha has a combination of skills in engineering, international trading, logistics and management. These skills are coupled with a great sense of responsibility and empathetic leadership, which is requisite in ensuring growth for all partners.
