Responsibilities:- Lead the System Analysis and Design, Development and Programming of the web-based software implemented in Provincial Government of Palawan offices.- Designed and established the web framework/template used by PMISDP-Software Development Team in the development of web-based applications needed by the Province of Palawan.- Supervised the PMISDP-Software Development Team in all projects and activities in line with the program’s mandate.- Assigned duties and responsibilities among the members of the Software Development Team towards efficient accomplishment of objectives and targets.- Timeline setting and monitoring of all Software Development Projects, System Maintenance, Enhancement and Support Activities and Technical Support Activities.- Mentored junior members and delivered training to boost team skills set.- Automated and implemented system backup and recovery procedures.- Introduced management tools to create and manage virtual server computing environment.- Maintained applications to keep software current with necessary software updates and upgrades.- Maintained network hardware and software and monitored network to support network availability to end users.- Monitored system performance and responded to alerts.- Installed, configured and supported local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and Internet system.
