Travels with large cabin aircraft on international trips for technical support. Assists in MEL procedure and manages AOG and third party maintenance support while aircraft is dispatched internationally. Performs maintenance and servicing as required. Works with MCC and Fleet Technical Manager for repetitive issues and troubleshooting.

In charge of refurbishment budget for both complete interior upgrade install, and all cabin and exterior refresh items. Reviews, inspects and approves third party work for all interior items. Manages all completion work to include WIFI install, GOGO Talk & Text, and interior upgrades. Manages, inspects, and accepts full exterior paint jobs, with required maintenance work. Assists Fleet Integration in new aircraft delivery and extradition. Point of contact for aircraft registration changes.

Manages all maintenance as part of a Red Label Large Cabin International Flight Crew on a Global Express XRS. Monitors, Tracks and performs maintenance as required. Serves as a member of a dedicated 8 personflight crew. Assists with maintenance when aircraft is in scheduled inspection. Takes care of passengers in the cabin while on flight duty.

Aircraft Maintenance Control - CMHCessna CE-560 Ultra/Encore/EPThe Maintenance Control team provides surveillance, control, and direction for all aircraft maintenance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Maintenance Control has the ability to remove an aircraft from revenue service for maintenance reasons. Essential Functions: • Tracks the timely completion of each aircraft’s daily check • Responsible for all out-of-service aircraft • Provides technical support to Maintenance Technicians and Pilots • Central point of contact for all aircraft maintenance issues • Keeps the mechanical status of in service airplanes current • Authority and responsibility for the supervision and coordination of all unscheduled maintenance functions that are accomplished using NetJets Aviation procedures • Keeps Dispatchers and System Operations apprised of Minimum Equipment List (MEL), Configuration Deviation List (CDL) and Deferred Maintenance Item (DMI) • Keeps Dispatchers and System Operations advised of the expected time for the return to service for an airplane on maintenance delay • Maintains constant surveillance of overall line station activity. Intervenes immediately in the case of major mechanical problems and provides necessary resources to minimize downtime of aircraft • Assigns maintenance actions to Contract Maintenance Technicians to accomplish required checks or maintenance work to clear a log entry or other needed maintenance or service • Coordinates with System Operations, Routing and Dispatchers to schedule tail numbers to be at the proper location to accomplish required checks and maintenance • Arranges for parts or other support material to be at the proper location to accomplish required checks and return to service of aircraft • Approves rescheduled maintenance actions • Authorizes the use of deferred maintenance procedures

Production Control – 145 Repair Station CMHProvides in depth research and management of 145 repair station workload and manpower. Researches parts and materials, plans and adjusts required down time, and builds a comprehensive workflow for technicians. Provides maintenance supervision with direction, and time requirements to keep workflow on schedule, and helps determine new time lines if necessary. Ensures compliance with all internal and federal regulations, builds work books and researches all SB’s, SL’s, AD’s and task cards pertaining to fleet aircraft. Handles all internal shop work orders, and provides direction in regards to test equipment and tooling. Tracks, maintains and schedules all component and shop work orders. Works with QC on AAIP changes and researches new fleet type manpower and tooling/parts requirements.

Plans maintenance events and deferred maintenance items on all NetJets Inc. fleet types. Ensures proper ordering and delivery of parts to stations. Works with Maintenance Control, Scheduling, and Line Stations to produce quality maintenance in a timely manner. Tracks and schedules all categories of deferred maintenance items for 500 plus aircraft. Ensures stations have proper tooling and available manpower to accomplish tasks. Interacts and coordinates with maintenance vendors to ensure a quality product and cost effectiveness. Works with Flight Operations to ensure planning of operational upgraded maintenance items that impact aircraft owners. Carries all responsibility for completion of deferred maintenance items. Plans, tracks and administers Airworthiness Directives from fleet manufacturers. Manages projects directed from the FAA or senior management from inception to completion. Records, documents, and charts airworthiness projects and directives. Reports trends and reliability issues to senior management.

Plans and schedules maintenance for all NWA fleet types, Ensures proper workload vs. manpower requirements. Schedules maintenance for hub stations, and international stations. Ensures the availability of parts and tooling. Provides the operation with a workable plan to accommodate system wide morning launch. Administers personnel actions in the absence of Manager. Maintains work schedule for planning staff. Works with Maintenance Control to identify reliability issues. Re-plans and adjusts overnight workload as necessary due to operational changes. Works with Dispatch and Operations Planning to identify viable alternatives to flight schedule changes in regards to maintenance actions. Implements a nightly hanger and ramp parking plan to help facilitate required maintenance. Advises Line Maintenance Management of potential engineering issues and engine change requirements. Physically inspects serviceable engine prior to maintenance event.

Leads a workforce of 75+ Union Technicians, Work Control Associates, and Stock personnel. Responsible for the safe and timely output of 757-200 aircraft from 5 day light check service. Responsible for all personnel actions, safety issues, and performance. Coordinates with Engineering, Inspection, and Materials to ensure an on time release of aircraft according to the maintenance plan. Scheduled training for technicians, including aircraft related issues, safety, and hazardous materials. Redevelops plan, and reallocates manpower and resources as necessary to ensure maximum performance, and cost efficient release of aircraft.

Served as Platoon Sergeant for Delta Troop 4th Squadron, 12th United States Cavalry, 5th Infantry Division. In charge of 4 crew chiefs and 4 AH-1S Attack Helicopters. Responsible for aircraft readiness rate, training crews in aviation related, and soldier skills. Administered personnel actions, and maintained air crew physical readiness.
