I am currently working full time for award-winning media company BE-AT.TV as head of operations for download store Trackitdown.net, which is now under their expanding umbrella of businesses. In that time I have been responsible in all aspects of running the store, managing our small team, organising live stream events, curating music for Ibiza Sonica Radio/ Music Choice TV (US), managing existing label relationships, nurturing new submissions and creating various revenue streams for the company.

As label & content Manager, my tasks included listening to and reviewing new content, features, and relationship management of artists, labels & management companies. I was also responsible for brand presence and reach through social media marketing; also for negotiating & interviewing leading EDM acts eg: Sidney Samson, Paul Van Dyk, Judge Jules, Layo & Bushwacka and The Freestylers.

Ibiza

I have worked closely with the travel and events company, Radical Escapes over the last 6 years to become one of their most effective marketing partners, each year taking 1000+ people to Ibiza. Responsibilities include promotion, coordination of online campaigns, drawing up itineraries, onsite management of DJs and liaison with local partners - I have programmed DJs at the leading island venues including Amnesia, Eden, Space and Privilege.

Worldwide

Over the last 13 years I've single-handedly turned my event Hindsight into an internationally recognised brand that now boasts regular events, a digital record label, clothing range and regular tours in the UK & abroad. The 2010 Hindsight - The History Album was awarded Mixmag Album of the Month and a subsequent international tour included dates in the UK, Ibiza & Australia.

Ibiza

For the last two seasons in Ibiza I have worked extensively alongside Ex-Radio 1 DJ Judge Jules and his flagship San Antonio nights at Eden, Ibiza. I have been in charge of recruitment, coordinating advertising across the island, securing group deals, social media and helping in the general running of their weekly events. I have also been a resident DJ for both seasons 2014 & 2015.

Plymouth, United Kingdom

For 3 years running I was asked to project manage the dance music stages across 3 nights at this leading South West Festival which attracted in excess of 10,000 people each year.

I held the exclusive UK diaries for 8 well known European DJs/Producers. In this role I was responsible for a website launch, marketing the agency, social media, arranging travel and itineraries, and liaising with event promoters & organisers worldwide relating to each artists respective bookings.

Working for a South West free clubbing/lifestyle magazine & Media distribution company, my duties included covering the distribution network of outlets across the region, event promotion, negotiation of targeted promotions & media presence.
