started as a Patrol Deputy for a year and a half. Spent a year in a Selective Enforcement Team conducting UC surveillance operations, directed uniform patrol, locating amd arresting wanted individuals, high crime area uniformed and UC patrol, conducting directed bait operations. Spent a year and a half with the Major Crimes Unit as a Detective in the Homicide/Violent Crimes Unit investigating all major forcable felonies against persons, all suspicious, unattended, drug overdose, and suicide death investigations. Personally investigated on 2 homicides with successful arrests, 1 with a lot of ground work investigations but no arrest. While working with the Provost Marshals Office, my mission was to protect, serve, and response to calls for service. I conducted patrols of housing areas, industrial areas, high risk businesses, and outlying geographical area owned by the instillation. I responded to call for service dealing with medical and fire assists,larcenies(government and private), motor vehicle collisions, domestic violence, child endangerment, sexual assaults, damage to government and personal property, narcotics and alcohol related incidents. I assisted in multiple CID/NCIS operations aboard the base. I also dealt with many cases that where investigated by myself, and then referred to CID and NCIS for further investigation. I was also involved with training, counseling, mentoring, and developing 10-15 subordinates.

I was tasked with servicing, conducting minor repairs, and ensuring that all oxygen equipment was being taken care of on a routine manner. When I started at this position, the company was behind on servicing equipment by 6 months. I worked diligently to conduct the required maintenance and service, and successfully caught the company back up within a month. I then made sure a program was created to ensure that the patients would have their equipment serviced on a monthly basis. I also helped with setting up, delivering, and instructing the use of new equipment to patients.
