I spent six weeks with THink Aesthetics as an intern in charge of some I.T aspects, as well as a majority of their courses/modules. Throughout my time with Rob and the team, I was able to successfully foster a great relationship with all of the staff. My business achievements are below:• Quickly learned multiple unfamiliar topics to memory, which was used to provide context to new projects.• Single-handedly created a comprehensive schedule of tools, spreadsheets, and training modules.• Worked efficiently under little direction to build an elaborate network to meet client needs.• Was able to change direction of multiple projects to meet updated deadlines or objectives.• Worked well under time-pressure, and with other employees to create a pleasant office atmosphere.My time at THink aided me in understanding what I was truly good at, and pointing out some things I am more than capable of doing despite not being confident in those areas. Not only was I able to create a cohesive, intertwined, and heavily interactive Excel spreadsheet by employing UX principles learned at University, I was also able to create and moderate four new business modules.These modules were created and edited using TalentLMS, an online training tool employed by THink Aesthetics.
