Started at the restaurant as a dishwasher working in the back of the kitchen within a year moved up to be a host and cashiering. Been able to learn the structure of the business within a short amount of time from kitchen prep work to handling costumers and money transactions.

Acted as an on campus mentor to a lower class-men undergraduate. To help as a guide through academics and personal dilemmas my mentee may have faced.

Handled researching for upcoming events. Learned the dynamics of a Field Organizer, and worked closely with other nonprofit organizations and labor unions in the city of Toledo.
