Risk Management Coordinator
CurrentDuties - Conduct post-accident investigations and assist employees in managing medical care. Investigate workplace injuries to determine causation and compensability. Assist clients in implementing safety programs. Complete OSHA level inspections and safety evaluations for current and prospective clients by doing walkthroughs to ensure OSHA requirements are met and maintained. Develop relationships with Surveillance, Nurse Case Management, and Insurance teams. Provide legal assistance to in-house counsel. Manage all workers compensation billing. Create detailed job descriptions for over numerous positions to ensure temporary workers have knowledgable access to job requirements.
