The role I have at Beamly involves administering and configuring the systems and support for the global business.This involves some of the following areas:• Administering the Apple device fleet through Jamf Pro• Maintaining the network and its security using Cisco Meraki, firewalls through to access points.• Administering the Google Suite for all users.• Maintaining the Office 365 environment.• Ensuring the physical security of the office by maintaining the RFID card system along with the CCTV camera system.Alongside this I have been fortunate to be involved with the Systems engineering team who have helped me to develop these skills:• Using Python scripts to connect REST APIs to 3rd party services to ensure that company users have only the access they require and no more.• Learning about AWS infrastructure, and setting it up through code, specifically using Terraform• Gaining an understanding of containerisation through tools like Docker.The company is very Agile focused, As IT we have integrated the Agile software development methodology with our requirements with daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives.

As a Field Services Engineer I was responsible for the day to day support of many customers from Football stadiums to music venues. This involved desktop support, along side the support of bespoke software and hardware to ensure the smooth running of these sites.Some of the key parts of the job included:• Instrumental in technical setup and operation of large scale temporary events such as Download Festival and Reading Festival. Alongside one-off events with acts such as Iron Maiden.• Year-round support for events venues such as the O2 venues across the UK.• Sole implementation of the Airwatch system to administer a fleet of devices to be used at multiple events concurrently with individual requirements.

End User Support (Second Line) for live nation entertainment required me too work with the people from all levels of the business including being dedicated support for C level members fo staff.This role supported multiple offices from multiple countries all the ay through EMEA.Some of the Key aspects of the role included:• Onsite and Remote support to 5000 users across the world, covering 3 continents and 12 time zones• Server and Network support for multiple parts fo the business• Server and exchange support• Onboarding and Offboarding of new hires
