Co-Owner of the family-owned business Kollerup Gods, a historical manor house placed on top of thousand years old ramparts in the Lilleå Valley on the southern outskirts of Hadsten.Kollerup is a modern agricultural business with historic roots going back more than a millennia. The first written sources are from 1218, but archaeological digs and surveys show that Kollerup – or Koltorp – goes back at least to the Viking-age, with further finds in the area showing that people have inhabited the surrounding areas continuously since the stone age. We take great pride in running and protecting our part of the Lilleå Valley, knowing that it has been a great place to live and thrive for thousands of years.Kollerup has 260 hectares of agricultural land, forests, marshlands, wetlands, and has a diverse portfolio, including agriculture, hunting, fishing, property rental, investment and property development.We put a great deal of work into nurturing our lands, and have a strong focus on sustainability, nature-conservation, and restoration. To reduce CO2-emissions and increase biodiversity on our lands, we’ve conversed previously high-intensity arable lowlands into non-cultivated areas, worked with extensification of environmentally sensitive lowland soils and established large portions of wetlands.Forestry efforts are done with a primary focus on removing invasive species, increasing biodiversity and leaving it better for coming generations.

As a member of the board of directors for the museum "Den Gamle By" (The Old Town) in Aarhus, I was part of the overall leadership of the living museum "Den Gamle By.The Board is responsible for recruiting and, worst case, dismissing the director of the museum and the head of administration. Furthermore it is the board that defines the strategy of the museum, what the museums relationship with the public is, the price of admission and many other issues.

As Staffsergeant (Kommandobefalingsmand) for AFTC (Air Force Training Center) SRES II (School Reserve 2nd unit) I primarialy worked with administrating, coordinating, evaluating and teaching a unit of officers and sergeants, improving their leadership- and instructor-skills as part of an Airforce-program. Part of the job was to coach them and participate in, and evaluate on, their lessons thus helping them to improve their personal skills.

The Department for Health and Care has about 7,000 employees – or approx. 25% of the municipal workforce – and is responsible for the health of all the citizens of Aarhus, and the care of the elderly in the City of Aarhus.As a consultant at the Secretariat, I worked directly for the alderman, director and the leadership team, providing and assisting them with research, comments, policy analysis, policy development, language proofing and speechwriting.I furthermore developed and maintained the departments’ strategic media/communications plan, planned and executed the Committee for Health and Cares study-trip to San Francisco, and assisted the department with press management and press releases.

I was the lead candidate in Aarhus E., Randers and Favrskov, representing all of Eastern Jutland as a candidate for Parliament for The Conservative Party in Denmark. At my last election I came in third in regards to personal votes, and was one of the only Conservative candidates who received more votes in 2011 than in 2007.In my time as a candidate I have amassed vast experience with policy analysis and development, public affairs, press relations, communications- and campaign planning, public speaking and networking. I was handpicked for a talent development program with intense focus on developing and expanding my skills in campaigning and the art of politics, and have been mentored by several MPs. As part of the program have experience with both local-, regional-, national- and international elections.

During the 2014 elections for European Parliament, I was campaign manager in Eastern Jutland for MEP Bendt Bendtsen from The Conservative People's Party.Part of the task was coordinating with central headquarters; recruiting and managing the volunteers in Eastern Jutland; managing the budget; keeping morale high and ensuring the volunteers had optimum working conditions.The campaign was a huge success, and during the campaign we managed to rise from 3,5% in the polls, to 9,2% of the votes, resulting in the reelection of Bendt Bendtsen to the EPP-group.

As a consultant at Ramboll Management Consulting – Attractor, it was my primary responsibility to analyze the growth potential of the course- and consultancy-portfolio, and to optimize the external sales revenue. To this end I took part in developing a targeted marketing strategy, where we used micro targeted Direct Mail, Social Media advertising and add-words in combination to reach maximum penetration towards the primary customer base.

I was the Political Spokesman for the Conservative Group in the City Council of Aarhus, and also a member of The Finance Committee and The Technical Committee. As Political Spokesman I was part of the Conservative budget-negotiation team, contact person to the press and responsible for external relations at City Hall.

I ran for office in the City Council of Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark.As part of the campaign, I worked intensely with canvasing, direct mail and social media, and participated in a number of public debates.Despite being a first-time candidate, I came in as first alternate for The Conservative Party, only 28 votes behind Councilman Niels Brøchner, who I the following year had the honor of replacing in the Council.

The Academy Council awards PhD degrees and doctorates and reports to the Dean concerning the internal allocation of funds, concerning strategic areas of research and education as well as plans for knowledge exchange and presents recommendations to the Dean concerning the composition of assessment committees for academic positions. The Academy Council is entitled to present statements on all academic issues of major significance to university activities, and is obliged to discuss all academic and financial issues presented by the Dean.

HUMrådet is the political leadership and representation of the Student Body at The Faculty of Humanities in Aarhus. The purpose of the organization is to represent students' views within the faculity, primarily on local issues.
