I'm passionate about technology and software and its applications in various sectors and this has allowed me to make a structured career path. Indeed I have over 25 years of experience in the development, management, and design of software projects.I started my career as a simple programmer in CPG (for about 4 years), next as a software engineer in Tiscali (for about 4 years), as CTO in Sinossi Software (for about 6 years), as a manager of the professional service technical team of an ETRM product in FIS(for about 6 years), as CTO of an e-procurement platform.My main passion is the Object Oriented Programming and design, nevertheless, I'm interested in the psychological aspects of group management and coaching. I'm also an expert in team building in an international context, allowing cooperation in the project execution with internal and external resources (3rd party suppliers).
