Norman also co-founded webHancer, a SaaS company whose customers included Microsoft, MSN, Amazon, Orbitz, FedEx, and Classmates.Norman has held positions building telecom networking, service and network management applications at fast-paced, high-growth companies such as Newbridge Networks, CrossKeys Systems, Atreus Systems, and Sonus Networks.
