As head of operations I oversee all agency and staff operations, guaranteeing all projects are completed to a high standard, in an efficient and professional manner. My duties include leading strategic planning of short and long term business goals, with direct input and management of daily operations. Alongside this I conduct client management, budgeting and resource allocation throughout Lynx19.My digital marketing specialities include SEO, PPC Management, Copywriting and Social Media content creation.

I worked as a digital account manager for drumBEAT Marketing. During my time in this role I was responsible for managing a large part of the client portfolio to help improve their web presence. Building strong, long-term client relationships and maintaining frequent contact was key. Delivery involved planning and creating a digital strategy that encompassed multiple channels including SEO, Social Media and Google Ads. Alongside managing the client relationships and working with other members of the team on delivery I spent a large amount of time creating content optimized around increasing web traffic and improving SEO. Further to this I would create and run social media campaigns on all the popular platforms. I was also responsible for client reporting and would compile these on a monthly or sometimes even more frequent basis. This involved me developing a strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console, as well as some other well-known industry tools.

During the course of my employ I was involved in contracting, providing direction for contractors, subcontractors and vendors in order to guarantee all work done met the standard of current building regulations.
