Office 365 Administration, that is, importing user accounts from on-prem via AD Connect, role assignment, billing and managing other Office 365 services such as Compliance, ‎Microsoft Entra, Office configuration, Power Automate, Teams and others.2. Deploying, configuring, managing, migrating and monitoring on-prem messaging infrastructure and mail flow.3. Developing and implementing Exchange server backup and recovery strategies.4. Supporting and maintaining corporate Active Directory containing over 2000 users5. Deploying and configuring Exchange Online Protection for inbound and outbound email protection.6. Monitoring and resolving issues related to Exchange mailboxes, message tracking, and transport logs.7. Working closely with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to messaging services.8. Managing corporate Intranet using Microsoft SharePoint server to enable staff share resources, collaborate and use it as a platform for internal applications.9. Automating Workflows using (Share Point) to reduce paper usage and increase work efficiency.10. Maintaining organization web portal, upgrading its web parts, upgrading the content management system (using JavaScript, PHP, HTML and CSS), carrying out backups and security audits.11. Designing guidelines for system interfaces to maintain uniformity of systems and improving their look and feel. 12. Managing KCCA domain(kcca.go.ug) and all its subdomains and making sure that they are all secure with wild card SSL.13. Domain user management using on-prem Active Directory (AD).14. Training staff and interns in IT systems Compliance & communication tools.15. Providing Level 2 support from Service desk incidents.

Providing support and training to internal users on content management systems, website maintenance, and best practices for creating and publishing web content.
