Played a Subject Matter Expert role on a JDA Implementation within the organization. My responsibilities included building requirements for both the demand and replenishment sides of the business and working with the user base to implement solutions that work towards a better and more efficient supply chain solution for the company.

Responsible for managing an inventory line valued at $5MM and specifically in the B2B area for OfficeMax. Accomplishments include developing newer processes for order management and efficiency by co-creating the Order Management Report as well as garnering a better understanding of the Open-To-Buy process to help influence improved inventory position thus helping our final turn numbers.

Managed the prime inventory line for the department, ensuring all stores were kept in stock at all times and helped develop and implement new import planning strategies utilizing tools within the JDA software, Manugistics. Leveraged excel based skills to help design and re-design macros for proper allocation methods and helped re-engineer processes to which forecasts could be better supplied to vendors hence creating efficiency in the supply chain pipeline model we had.

Responsible for managing store inventory replenishment for 2 different lines in one of the company's largest departments. Managed a 2.1 million dollar reduction in non-productive and slow selling inventory for the Sears Paint line as it exited the business. Helped improve KPI reporting processes in the area of in-stock %, Open-To-Buy dollars, and MAPE reporting.

Responsible for managing a multimillion dollar inventory line across 1400 stores, making sure all stores were kept in line with a 97% instock rate. Accomplishments include helping develop streamlined processes for disaster season replenishment and holiday sales replenishment planning and implementation.
