As an intern, led 50 associates daily to achieve company goals, and performance through 1-on-1 coaching and performance checks, increasing units forward by 10% from July to August. Worked cross functionally with the inventory control, receiving, equipment operator and production controller departments to eliminate process discrepancies such as package scanning errors, inaccurate storage count, and package mishandling, decreasing error rates by 14%. Achieved the highest units forward per hour with an average of 19.5 out of 4 department shifts.
