Assisted in the completion of government contracts by creating schedules for the install team and analyzing process metrics of each member, resulting in a 20% increase in daily installs. Additionally, maintained client relationships through content creation and boosting on social media resulting in a 500% increase in social media site followers. Worked with our web developers analyzing web traffic proposed the introduction of search engine optimization to maximize efforts in creating brand awareness.

Elected by the 100 member fraternity to direct and organize a variety of events with the goal of recruiting new members for our chapter. As Recruitment head, I manage a team of 10 board members that focus on specific areas of the recruitment process. These areas include, marketing and social media content creation, event planning and set up, communication with the school, and financing. After viable candidates are selected through the process, I am responsible for proposing the preferred recruits to the chapter, while managing a semesterly budget of $10,000. As Vice President of Recruitment, my team and I were responsible for recruiting the largest pledge class in our chapters 104 year history at the University of Maryland.

Elected by the Executive Board to collaborate with the Vice President of Recruitment and organize a variety of events with the goal of recruiting new members for our chapter. As a board member, I oversaw content creation for the fraternity's social media sites, and collaborated with the board to create viable and marketable events to attract potential new members.

Oversaw all operations in the Replenishment department in the E-Commerce Fulfillment Center (EFC) located in Edgewood, Maryland. As an intern, led 50 associates daily to achieve company goals, and performance through 1-on-1 coaching and performance checks, increasing units forward by 10% from July to August. Worked cross functionally with the inventory control, receiving, equipment operator and production controller departments to eliminate process discrepancies such as package scanning errors, inaccurate storage count, and package mishandling, decreasing error rates by 14%. Achieved the highest units forward per hour with an average of 19.5 out of 4 department shifts.

Created and managed the company LinkedIn account to market our brand to a new customer base. Interviewed and collaborated with professionals across various fields to develop authentic assignments for customers to learn from a broad range of careers. Recruited 20 Beta testers in an effort to obtain feedback on our test drive assignments for our pre-official launch.
