While many executive managers call themselves CEOs, coming from Operations, I believe it must be Chief Efficiency Officer. Operations management is about creating efficient processes. Over the last twenty years working in energy, hospitality, cruise lines, commercial and residential real estate, and classified projects worldwide I have learned that operation is everything. Think about it. Anything our people do at the office level, from administration to investment management is in support to us who are on the ground creating efficient processes for everyone to have a better way of life. The architects, operators, engineers, the technicians and the Network professionals and entrepreneurs all form part of an operations conglomerate to keep our cities and the world moving forward. My management style is technological. I procure to match the right technology to each process and train people to manage them. That has allowed me to create winning teams and sustainable processes in every project I have undertaken, even when sustainability was not as cool or as frightening as it is now. I concern in how we are using the resources we have and in growing the vision of the regeneration of the world. I guide my teams across the globe to form integrative strategies based on proven operation campaigns, technology, and human resources and use them as instrumental vehicles for our investment and management processes. We win with technology. Colleagues know me as highly creative and an effective action taker who can be trusted to come up with a new approach and develop efficient working processes. However, I consider myself a front-runner who loves people, and assets and operations management are the channels that help me reach more. I only take on projects that influence the current paradigm. I believe that the only way the world will end is if we do nothing to stop what our ancestors perhaps unknowingly began. I spend significant time studying my client's operational processes and assist my teams develop established forward-thinking strategies before I suggest any ideas. That allows us to invest with care, and profit with intelligence. I have led large and small teams and my passion is helping men and women become successful in their lives and careers.
