Project Manager
Current• Have successfully managed implementation of over 25 payment services projects including ATM Switch, Mobile, online and agency money transfer, cards issuing and management, ATM, agency and merchants acquiring, mobile money transfer application development projects.• Responsible for managing all financial institutions payment services project implementations using project lifecycle management methodology and tools.• Building the project requirements with clients, preparing detailed project plans using MS Project, scheduling and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.• Managing the triple projects constraints of cost, time, and scope and prepares project status reports.• Managing and coordinating project contracts, signoffs, kick-off meetings, regular project reporting and status review meetings, risk management, testing and quality assurance and project handover.• Preparing the communication plans and spearheading communications throughout the projects.• Communicating and/or escalating project issues early to operations management and delivery management. • Tracking projects on a daily basis and alerting stakeholders of any delays.• Pro-actively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crisis, devising contingency plans while keeping the risk register for all projects updated.• Developing best practices, generating lessons learnt and their documentation on project closure.• Maintaining project documentation and updates to relevant knowledge management bases; analyzing lessons learned and sharing with the organization’s project management office. • Balancing the trade-off of the triple- constraint (time, cost and scope) to realize the expected business value.• Preparing project invoices to clients and timely payment follow-up.
