The responsibilities of the Symphony System Landscape & Delivery include the following: • Set out the strategy for System Landscape & Delivery, with a special focus on aspects that relate to a sustainable and efficient application of SAP.• Build up the support organization and processes for SAP Basis Activities, supporting Symphony related projects, enhancements, and operations. • Manage and monitor the services as provided by the (private) cloud partner according the Service Agreement. Represent Mediq as Delivery / Contract Manager. • Manage the team that delivers the Symphony System Basis support and cross application developments of the Symphony system landscape.• Manage Technology aspects regarding the Symphony System Landscape in close cooperation with the IT Architects, a.o. : Landscape Changes; Interface Management; Transport Management; Test Management; Solution Manager.

Manage the team that delivers the functional basis support and cross application developments of the Atlas system.o The Atlas system landscape consists out of 27 productive servers (SAP and non-SAP) in a 3-tier landscape (Development, QA, Production) hosted as a managed service at an external party.o The Atlas system is globally used in 11 countries for manufacturing and/or commercial operations and over 40 other countries for light usage (stock/forecast) and used by over 5000 end users.o The Atlas system is providing ERP, SRM, E-Sales, Reporting (BW/BO) and ESS functionality.o The Atlas system has over 250 in/outbound interfaces running via SAP PI.o The Atlas system landscape is highly regulated; FDA, SOx and GxP compliant.The teams consists out of 4 internal and over 10 externals in different expertise areas like Basis, ABAP, LSMW, PI, Authorization and CSV (Computer Software Validation). The team is in the Netherlands and the US.Flexible use of the external resources is arranged by capacity management.- Manage Technology aspects regarding the Atlas System Landscape.- Manage the service as provided by the hosting partner.
