I have experience in the legal field almost for two decades. I have two master’s degrees, one on Capital Markets Law at the University of Ankara, Turkey and the other on International Business Law at Exeter University, United Kingdom.I worked in the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources in Ankara as legal consultant where I practiced on energy and mining issues and participated in workgroups of international arbitration cases filed by or against the Ministry/Turkish Government. I worked as a corporate attorney both in Izmir and Istanbul offices of Postacıoğlu Law Firm and gained experience in corporate issues, mainly on merger and acquisitions, foreign investments and drafting of commercial contracts. Thereafter, I joined Gur Law Firm where I have worked as a corporate senior associate and established the Mining and Natural Resources Department of Gur Law Firm focusing on mining and renewable energy sector.Finally, I have established DKND Law Firm where I currently provide legal services as the founding partner and also mediation services as an expert mediator.
