DV Sport Tech (full-time tech for VCU, assist at William & Mary and Univ. of Richmond) which includes executing the replay operations for collegiate basketball and volleyball during the contests. Operating a computer system with multi-camera feeds to code and tag all referee calls and for any reviews, showing all available angles, with zoom and frame-by-frame for requested plays. Assist with technical support of computer, fiber and camera feeds. Filled-in at Atlantic 10 Basketball Tournaments as needed.

Edit digital images (process, color correct and crop images) using photo software. Caption images and prepare for clients. Image retouching, adding effects and other special requests. Serves as a second photographer/videographer. Provide assistance during photo shoots, including directing and set-up/tear-down. Schedule staff assignments in and out of the studio. Create and edit digital media, including videos, slide shows, and animated graphics using Adobe Creative Suites and similar programs. Assist in creating quotes and sending invoices to customers. Aid in camera and accessory rental service.Assist managing the Pixel Factory Data Center with daily tasks, visitors and shipments for the 14,000 square foot data center located in Hanover County, Virginia. Aid in installation, maintenance and tickets for the data center, including devices and process. Prepare SOC2 Compliance criteria for certification and yearly audits. Administer customer registration and access. Oversee event management for business gatherings and tours.Organize all plans for events held at the office, including yearly Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours and client appreciation functions. Including scheduling & hiring activities, catering, designing and sending invites, and working with a controlled budget.

Work with a number of Broadcast and Production Companies (ESPN Sports Network, NBC Sports Network, CBS Sports Network, Comcast SportsNet, MASN, TeleMedia Productions, etc.) in various areas of live sporting broadcasts.Primary role as Time Out Coordinator, since 2005, for men's and women's collegiate basketball, and Red Hat/TOC for NCAA collegiate football since 2006. Clear understanding of the sport and its rules, and provide open communication with Producer/Assistant Director throughout the live productions. Strong communication point between officials on the field/court and the production staff. Alert production staff of upcoming commercial breaks and communicate with all event staff of the return of the broadcast from break throughout the game so no live game is missed. Assist with plays that need reviewed - communicating between the TV production staff and the officials to review the play under review via multiple angles. Alert production staff of player substitutions, called time outs, issues on the floor, and anything that might be helpful throughout the production (players headed to the line, a top player coming to the game, a notable people in the crowd). Notify athletic communication staff members of any post-game interviews, if applicable. Graphics Generator/Coordinator for TeleMedia Productions, starting in 2014, for men's and women's collegiate basketball webstreaming contests. Assist with building graphics pre-game and updating/inserting full-screen, overlays, lower thirds and bug insets during live sports productions. Strong communication with Producer and Director on updated/prepared graphics on fast moving, quick turning terms. Update stats throughout the game on teams and individual players within multiple graphic pages. Build brand new graphics in game as needed.

Assist with the annual Strength and Conditioning Clinic held at Juniata College.Assist in organization, layout and structure of annual clinic. Organize registration structure, including room assignments and key handout. Oversee all social media initiatives and blog updates for the annual clinic to enhance promoting the event. Design mailer pamphlet and all brochures that accompany mailings. Mail out confirmation and thank you letters. Arrange contact hours for Professional Development in Higher Education.

Design: Create and design a variety of graphic elements for customers, including, but not limited to, logos, publications, flyers, etc., which can be utilized for print and digital media. Use the latest computer technology to design fresh and creative visual concepts to communicate an idea for a specific purpose. Web/Social Media: Assist with web design and social media updates. Photography: Capture high-quality images for many areas, including events, sports, wildlife, still-life and portraits.
