Currently, I manage the expenses, sort out discrepancies and reconcile Legal Group’s ledger of GTBank and submit a monthly report to the Company Secretary of GTBank. I prepare approval memo and process payment to external solicitors, maintain litigation budget, track expenses and payment, complete all foreign exchange business and transfers in an accurate and complete fashion to foreign based solicitors, handle all requests for Data Audit and the processing of year end statements for the unit, maintain and update the litigation, recovery and garnishee schedule of the Bank, follow up solicitors daily for update on Court Sessions and update schedule daily on feedback from solicitors, prepare daily and weekly report on matters coming up during the week, scan and disseminate daily correspondence to legal officers and internal managers, book and manage flight ticket and logistics request locally and internationally, organize, maintain documents and case files, attend legal meetings.I am able to quickly and easily adapt to new environments with a pleasant and positive attitude whilst delivering the assigned task(s) with utmost caution and professionalism.
