I am the CEO of UK Youth, a leading charity network that works with partners across the UK to unlock youth work as a catalyst for change for all young people. With over 20 years of leadership experience in education, youth, charity, corporate, government, and media sectors, I am a dynamic change agent and a relentless advocate for young people and underrepresented communities. I received an OBE for my services to young people during the COVID-19 response, a recognition of the critical role of the youth sector in supporting young lives.My core competencies include bold, strategic transformation, social innovation, creative problem solving and outcomes focused quality execution. I am passionate about joining up dots, driving systemic change and creating sustainable opportunities for all.I am a proud Governor of The Southbank Centre and a Diversity Board Advisor at SKY Plc.
