Her capabilities and innate leadership qualities, saw her elevation to team lead where she garnered a deep understanding and evolution of Retail and Corporate Banking over a 10yr period in Lagos and Abuja. She was a member of the pioneer team charged with the rollout of the retail strategy - several new teams/stabilizing locations with below par performance or lacking direction. Her knack for change management and pioneering capabilities was spotted early leading to her nomination as lead in the charge into the Construction industry (major multinationals), she broke the bank’s 13-year long attempt and placed the bank in the top 3 position in all industry majors. Upon successful execution of a profitable construction business, she rose to senior leadership challenged to repeat the same feat with ‘Energy North’ business added to her portfolio as an R&D team; operations stabilized, major players on-boarded and delivered another profitable enterprise. Both businesses stand strong today as a tribute to excellent foundations. Ndidi began her Senior Management career in 2014 as Divisional Head, Retail banking overseeing the Abuja, Plateau, Nassarawa, Kogi and Benue operations, delivering a 1million customer base effectively doubling the customer base in less than 3years on the back of which she was redeployed as Divisional Head South-South (Rivers, Delta, Bayelsa, Akwa-Ibom and Calabar) to turnaround and stabilize the Bank’s operations fraught with culture inconsistencies, service delivery gaps and a bad loans portfolio which she has achieved effectively in record time. Ndidi leaves in her trail a retinue of strong leaders owing to her knack for identifying and developing talent whom she continues to mentor till date.
