I was literally raised in my parents’ sporting good retail business, where I earned my 10,000 hours in selling and customer service. Today, I'm leading Amer Sports' digital strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. My role is to harness the power of online channels (websites, apps, social media, customer service) to drive brand desirability and revenue.     After landing a $669 000 AUD grant from the Federal Government, we launched the internal sports equipment recycling pilot project. I became the project manager. Accomplishments: • Created from the ground up a new IP to support and develop a vision for sports equipment recycling in Australia.
