Studio Coordinator
CurrentWorking directly with the Director-Provide the Director with updates on office needs and expenses-Share ideas, opinions, and thoughts on office needs or activities for the teamHR Admin tasks-Manage and update the HR database with new hires, terminations, sick leaves, code of conduct warnings, holidays, and off days-Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures; keep track of holidays and the types of holidays-Manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.-Create and post job postings on career pages and review resumes received.-Manage terminations and exit interviews-Keeping physical and digital records of personnel records such as employment contracts and PTO requests-Creating and disseminating FAQs and guidelines for company policies-Do timekeeping, payroll preparation, and management-Manage and record work receipts, and generate monthly summaries-Manage and track cash inflows and outflows, and provide monthly expense forecasts-Taking care of internal arrangements like travel, training, and team-building activities-Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities-Addressing behavioral, attendance, and complaints of the team members-Respond to employee inquiries and provide requested information-In charge of coordinating with the accounting and legal team.-Responsible for maintaining the office, including buying office supplies, coordinating with suppliers (water, cleaner, etc.), and building administratorSocial Media tasks-taking care of the Social Media accounts of the company-Posting content across social media accounts with the Graphic Designer's CoordinationStay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
