About Nick Sinclair Rcm, Olcm

I am an integrator. I bring big picture ideas of visionary owners into reality through strategic planning, priority setting, development of standard operating procedures, capacity building of the personnel to impliment those procedures, and development and tracking of key performance indicators to measure progress. I am decisive by nature, but I have trained myself to be very analytical, and will use data when ever possible to guide decision making. I am very comfortable with conflict, and will often take an opposing view just to make sure that my team has considered all perspectives. This often leads me to solutions the rest of the team has not considered. It also means I am comfortable objecting to my superiors, which is necessary to prevent visionaries from getting distracted by something new rather than seeing exisiting plans through. That being said, when a decision has been made I am a team player. Even if I disagree with the decision I will do everything I can to make sure it is implimented successfully. I want to be part of growing a small but established business into an enterprise level company with a presence in multiple large markets.
