- I am a retired Professor of University Polytechnics, after over 50 years within it as Assistant Professor, Lecturer, Associate Professor, Full Professor, within the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Dept. of Applied Electronics and Information Engineering-I worked during 6 years as Design / Manufacturing / Quality / Testing/ Applications Engineer in a Romanian company producing electronic measuring instruments and radio-telephones.-During the years 1977-1981, I taught (in French and English) - at Institute of Telecommunications, Oran, ALGERIA - courses on Analog Electronic Circuits, Electrical Systems, Signal Theory and Electronic Measuring Methods. I also taught in universities of France, USA (as Fulbright Scholar), and South Korea.- I speak fluently French, English, German and Romanian.-I am the author or co-author of hundreds of scientific books, technical books, textbooks and scientific papers, published in Romania and abroad (see their list on my personal website). -I am a member of ASIS&T and ASQ (USA). -I am the General Secretary of Romanian Foundation for Quality Promotion and the President of the League for Scientific and Cultural Co-operation Romania-France, Bucharest, ROMANIA.-Specialties: As Professor of UPB, my current research interests include: information quality evaluation, foundations and fundamentals of information science, information society modeling, design and analysis of information systems, quality management, quality assurance, quality control, statistical methods, etc.I am internationally qualified as "EOQ - Quality Auditor" and "EOQ - Management System Consultant".I audited over hundred companies of Romania...
