Create and maintain a cooperative and collaborative web development team applying the knowledge from some agile methodologies (like Scrum) to conquer significant changes on all process of the organization. provide new IT solutions regardless off a future integration with the New ERP in alignment with the perspectives of remodelation of all internal processes on some crucial áreas.Coordinate all activities from our development team inside a scope of integration with our web portals like cidade de sao paulo.com, mice.com.br, spturis.com, Intranet, extranet (transparencia.spturis.com) and many other projects that replicate our internal content to all external municipality.Conduct the acquisition of a new ERP that will integrate all business process of our administrative areas with the intranet and extranet interfaces
