I created SOWs, built the project plan, built the project schedule, create requirements document, identifying risks, maintain open points, managing stake holders, etc.

• Manage all Coyote and UPS Supply Chain Solution (SCS) IT Connectivity, Integration, development and infrastructure projects throughout their lifecycle.• Managed all development efforts for the integration of a European UPS acquired company under the Coyote brand.• Led an application migration program of over 40 applications from Coyote internal servers to a new data center facility. Managed all architectural and technical documentation.• Ensure that Coyote and UPS SCS project teams understand all aspects of their project responsibilities by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the scope in an organized project plan.• Gather and document all requirements and user stories related to specific projects for stakeholder sign off.• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans by acting as an effective conduit between Coyote IT and UPS SCS IT• Develop best practices and tools for project execution, reporting and management of the Project Management Office.

• Evaluate work order requests that come in to the IT department through standard PMO process.• Communicate with stakeholders and development teams to define core objectives.• Demonstrate an understanding of key stakeholder needs by gathering and documenting requirements for stakeholder sign off.• Ensure deliverable items meet stakeholder and customer requirements and expectations within time frame.
