Application Support Specialist
Current- Provide level 2 and 3 IT application and integration support for Lovisa’s current and future business systems including POS, ERP, e-commerce, warehouse management, finance, and reporting systems. As well as mobile.
- Resolve escalations in accordance with normal SLAs where applicable, as well as identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support most business units and retail channels.
- Understanding of basic integration concepts and knowledge of APl-based services. Working with the development team to support applications and their functionalities.
- Subject Matter Expert with POS (point of sale), Futura ERP, and integration in and out.
- Attend P1 conference bridges to assist in troubleshooting and resolution of incidents.
- Collaborate with the DevOps, business analysts, project managers, other IT teams & Vendors.
