•Support the Swaziland HIV&AIDS Programme Monitoring System (SHAPMoS) Manager in the development and operationalization of SHAPMoS.•Provide support to HIV implementers, coordinating structures and regional structures in the implementation of SHAPMoS and reporting requirements generated•Update the directory of HIV and AIDS implementers and follow up with organizations that have not submitted report forms.•Implement an appropriate filing system to track all data required for SHAPMoS.•Facilitate the collation of SHAPMOS data.•Compile and disseminate Regional Quartely Service Coverage Reports (RQSCR).•Attend to monitoring and evaluation related queries from partners.•Create and maintain contacts with (actual and potential) partners by participating in meetings and forums relating to monitoring and evaluation•Assist program staff, management, consultants, partners and other interested parties to gain access to M&E related information•Prepare field reports and draft progress reports regularly•Support regional planning with generating accurate data.•Undertake data audits, mentoring and coaching as maybe required from time to time•Produce M&E and research analytical reports on quarterly, semiannually and annually

• Advocate for continuous and consistent monitoring of workplace programs on HIV-AIDS and TB• Establish and maintain list of relevant data and information sources on workplace HIV-AIDS response by partners in the country• Link workplace HIV-AIDS M&E systems with the National M&E systems as determined by standards set by NERCHA• Identify key workplace performance indicators and benchmarks for effective monitoring of programs implemented by partners in the workplace• Design relevant tools for capturing, analysis and reporting of data• Establish and maintain processes to ensure quality systems for data inputs, outputs and outcomes• Compile and prepare timely reports for dissemination and reporting to the Board of SWABCHA implementing partners and the National Council• Train mentors, implementing partners (workplace coordinators/focal persons, NGOs) on the monitoring and evaluation of workplace programs • Support and provide guidance to SWABCHA staff and implementing partners to ensure timely data reporting and use of reporting tools• Follow up partners to ensure reporting of workplace response on a regular basis as per stipulated requirements• Identify and link M&E data to research agenda and improvement of workplace HIV-AIDS response• Represent the SWABCHA and implementing partners in national meetings, workshops and other forums discussing issues of M&E and the SWABCHA• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, evaluations, data entry, analysis and reporting

• Site evaluations, baseline data collection, liaise with project- affected-communities through community participation committees.• Undertaking Environmental Impact Assessment for; (Category 3 projects - EIAs, Category 2 projects - IEE, Category 1 projects - EMP as well as Comprehensive Mitigation Plans), Scoping Reports for terms of reference and Environmental Compliance Reports for Environmental Monitoring. • Education on occupation health and safety for workers on site. • Monitoring and Evaluation of the implementation of Environmental Projects as well as Resettlement Plans.• Conducting Qualitative and Quantitative Research, Data entry, analysis and report writing.
