Support and build the capacity of national partners to engage in advocacy and lobbying for a human rights based response to HIV and TB countrywide.Design and implement advocacy campaigns to address public health related challenges and to promote the development and/or strengthening and implementation of national legal and policy frameworks that afford adequate protection for human rights.

Managed Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement program implementation across technical areas of ; HIV Care & Treatment; Prevention of Mother To Child Transmission of HIV/Counselling and Testing services; Pharmacy and Laboratory services in HIV/AIDS palliative care. Provided technical guidance in planning & conducting qualitative research activities; including development of research tools, Quality Improvement data management & statistical data analysis.

Clinical research and data quality management through strengthening Quality Assurance/Quality Control systems; development of standard operating procedures for use by clinical research team; managed patients co-infected with TB/HIV with TB/HIV integration team; ensured that clinical research is conducted within the research protocols; and provision of TB/HIV training to health care providers through clinical mentorship TB/HIV program at clinical sites.
