I have over 13 years of work experience in IT support, network and system administration, and project coordination. I am currently a IT User Support Technician at Trigyn Technologies, a global IT services company that offers innovative and customized solutions to various industries and sectors.At Trigyn Technologies, I am responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance to clients and users, both remotely and on-site. I also assist in the installation, configuration, and administration of network devices and systems, as well as the implementation of security policies and procedures. I collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and managers to ensure the quality and performance of the IT infrastructure and services.
