Digital project manager on the British Telecoms account, working across three lines of business in a client-facing capacity: BT Business, BT Consumer and Plusnet. Involved with almost all digital communications that BT have going through our agency, whether it is at the design, build or deployment stage. I have spent the last three years developing, managing and delivering a wide range of both online and offline communications, all the way from initial conception to campaign execution (with some being deployed to over 1 million customers per month – such as BT's price change notification, the launch of BT Sport and the launch of BT Mobile).I work closely with multiple internal teams, from account management to planning and strategy to creatives, outsourced designers, developers and QA resource. Communicating with multiple clients at BT to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Developed an initial two-week unpaid internship into a three-month paid placement. Mercieca taught me the fundamentals of client-agency relations, project management and multiple creative procedures.I was made responsible for several important client service tasks including market research, competitor reviews, media schedule management and publication bookings. I researched and compiled media used to present directly to Mercieca's high-profile clients. Assisted several Account Managers, the Group Account Director and the Operations Director across a broad range of accounts including Cadbury, Coca-Cola, GSK, Heinz and P&G.Expanded my knowledge of the creative process through observing and working with the Creative Director.
