At giosg, I have been responsible for developing and optimizing search-engine-friendly content for the company's website to enhance visibility and organic traffic. This has included establishing and managing link-building partnerships and outreach to enhance the website's authority and backlink profile. Alongside this, I also oversee strategizing, creating, and executing monthly newsletters tailored to diverse ICP audiences, delivering engaging and relevant content.I actively curate content for the company's LinkedIn account, ensuring consistent branding and engaging posts to drive audience engagement.

As a Social Media Marketing Manager, I was responsible for the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing and content strategies across the company's social media platforms and email marketing initiatives. I led the planning, creation, and management of impactful social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.My responsibilities extended to developing innovative social media marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to meet the company's evolving needs. I elevated brand visibility by curating and publishing content consistent with our brand image and overarching marketing strategy. Additionally, I conducted in-depth analysis and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns to drive continuous improvement.

As a Project Manager at TB7, my responsibilities included creating a digital marketing and content strategy, planning and preparing social media projects and coordinating resources for their first project launch and working together with the entire production team to develop and organize upcoming promotions and overall marketing efforts.

During my gap year, I went through a two-month training program after which I worked as a full-time croupier. Later, I was rehired over the summer and winter breaks in 2018, 2019 and again in 2021. My main daily responsibilities included accounting, inventory, cashiering, money exchange, customer service and card dealing (Blackjack, Roulette and Dynamic Poker). I was also taking part in managing the Feel Vegas club’s social media accounts and together with the rest of the event and social media team, which included organizing and planning of live events at the Feel Vegas club as well as related social media promotions (2016 – 2017).

I was initially hired as a standard sales assistant for a high-end fashion retailer, but my position rapidly evolved in the uncertain climate of the pandemic. The company’s survival depended on an entirely new strategy, which involved growing its website from its archaic platform and creating sale campaigns and up-to-date promotions across several social media platforms. I quickly gained responsibility for these tasks alongside managing the shop’s social media marketing operations. My main responsibilities therefore included creating a new marketing strategy and monthly content plans, generating sale campaigns and up-to-date promotions across several social media platforms, analyzing and reporting the performance of social media campaigns and managing the shop’s social media accounts and external communications.Successful projects: Creation of a new marketing strategy and monthly content plans, increasing visibility and the number of website visitors as well as the conversion rate. This was the shop’s best financial year to date.

As an elected Social Media Coordinator, I produced content for the club’s Instagram and Facebook accounts and maintained an excellent social media presence to attract potential new members and enhance the visibility of the team's accomplishments. Throughout my tenure, I effectively increased the club's following by 20%.

I was working as an official elf for the summer and winter seasons in Santa Claus’ home cavern in the Arctic Circle. This required an extensive training program to perpetuate the company’s mission (making your Christmas dreams come true). I had to embody my inner elf while managing a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment. This involved organizing and communicating with groups of people of various nationalities in different languages. I enforced personalized customer service alongside working as a cashier and retailing of Lappish products and souvenirs.
