Drive the Danubius NOC Configuration RAN team responsible for Vodafone Germany project in an international environment providing vision around Operations and ensuring efficient and innovative leading edge maintenance procedures meeting local markets needs and requirements.Ensure proper organization of team for Work Orders execution in a timely manner, according to agreed SLA and necessary accuracy. Make the adequate scheduling and prioritization for WOs execution in accordance with network development needs and proposed deadlines. Ensure that WOs are prepared and executed respecting the operational procedures in place, High Risk Service Impact works are analysed from impact, risk perspectives and are prepared considering the risks mitigation and minimum service impact.In collaboration with other Operations teams, workout procedures optimize processes according to network development, technology evolution. Collaborate with planning and delivery teams to ensure that all data configuration, software roll out and support integration activities are performed according with existing procedures.

2nd Line Operations of Radio Access Network in a multi-vendor environment. Preventive and corrective second level troubleshooting ensuring quality and continuity of service and the restoring time for Radio Access Network elements. Perform data configuration, software roll out and support integration activities with planning and delivery functions.• Execute work orders for network developing related to RAN (2G, 3G & LTE) technologies, according to the in place procedures .Providing support for testing and integration of new software or hardware equipment• Drive root causes analysis to identify corrective actions, including vendor support escalation, in order to achieve service and performance levels restoration • Perform proactive maintenance activities to prevent incidents and constantly optimize the network• Evaluation and implementation of network changes ensuring quality of service and avoiding regression on network functionalities• Assist field engineers and Network Deployment department during integration and on site activities with particular focus on special events• Knowledge sharing in order to increase technical skills of other teams involved in deployment and operations activities in the network• Participate as resource in specific projects, in order to assure projects evaluation, their proper implementation, acceptance and handover to NOM department;Huawei 2G/3G/4G  BTS & NodeB & eNodeB integration,rehoming,software upgrade,parametrization etc BSC & RNC (6900 GU) integration, software upgrade,parametrization etc Abis/IuB/A/ Gb/Iur/IuCS / IuPS interface configuration and reconfigurationHuawei Femtocell SolutionAIMOS-Repeater integration & configuration
