My team effectively investigated prisoner and staff cases within the facility, maintaining the overall safety of the brig and ensuring all personnel were held to a high-standard. I managed the Urinalysis Program and received special recognition from inspectors for flawless program management. My team safely escorted prisoners in a low-profile status nationally and internationally on commercial airlines without mishap.-Rota, Spain (2016-2019) >As a Patrol Supervisor, Field Training Officer, and Dispatcher, I managed a team of 22 personnel. I conducted training with team members and ensured all their records were updated regularly. I administered tests and award/qualification panels to maintain readiness and skill within the team. My team members responded to various low and high risk incidents while armed with deadly weapons, resulting in zero discrepancies.
