I was employed by Ryan Jazdzewski, who owns and operates the business himself, to help with everything a-z with flooring on job sites and at his workshop. Some of my duties include removing floors from customers homes, prepping old floorboards to be refurbished and reused, polishing and sanding, and installation of new flooring.

My position was line cook where I had mastered fryers began training on grill for over a month. I have been given the responsibilities on training and leading the kitchen on a few occasions as I worked my way up the ladder.

Friend of mine owns his own landscaping business. Helped him out while I was home from college on winter break. Very long, late hours full of physical labor. Work consisted of shoveling, salting, and operating light machinery for a multitude of apartment complexes, businesses, and homes. Quit with 2+ weeks notice.

Started as a dishwasher and worked my way to becoming assistant pizza cook. Then worked my way up to head pizza and line cook. Quit with 2+ weeks notice.

Worked on registers on front counter and drive-thru. Began training as a cook for a few month before I quit with 2 weeks notice.
