Primarily focusing on Warner Brothers Discovery's Live Services video and audio strategy, Neal drives innovation and overall quality efforts to deliver a premium product and help establish WBD as the global leader in live experiences. Neal also continues to foster relationships between DTC engineering and global content creation teams to maintain seamless end-to-end workflows from camera to consumer.Neal owns WBD’s direct-to-consumer HDR strategy and has implemented his “3up” (upres, upmap, upmix) theories in several workflows to deliver premium experiences to subscribers around the world. Neal’s team (Global Source Innovation and Acquisition) has engineered a brand-new workflow to ingest global broadcast feeds. These contribution feeds are delivered to consumers at an incredibly high quality utilizing multiple techniques in a single box, eliminating the financial and manpower burdens/complexities that are often associated with producing best-in-class class content for OTT delivery. He works very closely with 3rd party vendors to innovate and build out unique and effective workflows never before used in the broadcast industry.
