Managing the Machine Shop activities including planning and control of materials and components to support the production schedule.

Responsible for reviewing and monitoring of existing manufacturing processes in preparation for implementation of new investment in the existing facility. Logging existing practices and contributing to improvement techniques. Working directly with Lean Manufacturing Engineers for process flow, stock control and line balancing to improve production efficiency.

Responsible for the engineering interface with clients, design companies and sub-contractors to ensure on time delivery of design deliverables, materials and fabrication drawings to support fabrication and construction activities. Managing a multi discipline team including document control, material control, fabrication engineering, works preparation (work packs), temporary works design and mechanical completion. interfaces with clients, sub-contractors and design contractors.

Shell, Bonga FPSO (Nigeria Onshore/Offshore)Responsible for managing and coordinating the completions team onshore and offshore. Developing and maintaining the WinPCS Mechanical Completions Database to support the onshore construction and commissioning activities at Hartlepool, Zwijndrecht, Wallsend and onshore/offshore Nigeria to enable delivery of a fully commissioned and certified facility for the successful operational/start up offshore.
