Led organization responsible for student related systems including PeopleSoft SIS. Responsible for learning management systems including Oncourse (Sakai) and Canvas. Successfully migrated from local implementation of Sakai to cloud hosted Canvas. Developed Interactive Graduate Planning System (iGPS) enabling students to build personal roadmaps towards graduation. Developed course search and class scheduler tools to streamline student registration. Collaborated with multiple institutions in the development of the Kuali Student application.

Managed software development team consisting of 8 FTE. Responsible for PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration and Timekeeping. Developed and implemented Time and Attendance system serving 18,000 employees across 8 campuses in the state of Indiana. Implemented Faculty Annual Reporting system eliminating repetitive annual data collection and establishing a repository for institution wide reporting on faculty accomplishments.

Implemented PeopleSoft HR, Payroll and Benefits Administration in 18 months with predominantly local resources. Implemented electronic document front-end to PeopleSoft streamlining processes reducing time for approvals from weeks to hours.

Managed team of 7 developers responsible for development and support of PeopleSoft Human Resource and Financial Systems. Implemented Financial Reporting System creating interactive financial statements. Developed and implemented custom web based time entry system used by the entire agency in support of client billing.

Defined development application architecture including standard toolsets and methodology. Implemented Market Quote system enabling sales staff to quickly quote product configurations. Implemented Accounts Payable system supporting global operations.

Managed team of 7 developers responsible for development and implementation of the Order Fulfillment System projecting order delivery dates matching customer orders to mill capacity. Managed team of 6 developers in the creation of Hot Connect System streamlining schedules to reduce costly reheating time of steel slabs prior to processing.
