I am a successful advisor, writer, and inspirational coach, who encourages the people he helps to explore what's possible through education and self-awareness. As an experienced Academic Advisor at Dallas College with a demonstrated history of working in higher education, I help students pick their classes and choose their majors and careers. I have successfully guided at least 600 to 800 students to complete their education from start to finish. This is an estimate, but in my 12 years of advising, that estimate is probably at the lower end. I have had the pleasure of working with students from their very first orientation session to their final graduation at the college--the ceremony of which I make it a point to attend. I have been instrumental in helping to launch the first "mandatory" orientation Richland campus ever hosted and have been a lead advisor in the Global Business Pathway.
