During my career I’ve been lucky to have worked in diverse and challenging environments focusing on the strategic development of workforce's through implementing effective recruitment process and policy, learning and development offerings, supporting cultural change and managing both external and internal talent. in line with the strategic and commercial direction of the business.Over the last four years I've had the opportunity to pull together all of my skills in a diverse and varied role sitting within a group HR Function. From designing and managing a comprehensive blended education programme, including bespoke Leadership Programmes, Management and generic Soft Skills courses. I manage recruitment/selection, on boarding, talent management and succession planning across the global business. I’ve created and implemented a cost effective solution to staffing and on boarding with a focus on quality candidates. Stream lining the process by managing and implementing a cloud based ATS system (PeopleHR) linked into on line recruitment tools and job sites. I’ve managed out the reliance on recruitment agencies.I represent the HR function as project manager and facilitator of our leadership group, that was put in place to tackle cross functional business initiatives. this has included the of a balanced scorecard in 2016 and a complete reworking of the companies Mission, Vision and Value in 2015.
