I have extensive experience in real estate, advising clients in the acquisition and sale of all types of commercial property, with an emphasis on multifamily, and on residential and commercial real estate disputes. I also advise clients on issues in bankruptcy (debtor/creditor issues), construction, and commercial litigation including the prosecution and defense of complex, multi-party disputes. I view my job to be helping individuals and businesses manage their legal risks. This includes a significant number of companies based or doing business in Arizona as well as other jurisdictions. My practice includes negotiating and drafting all manner of contracts and agreements including for the sale of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on multifamily, and mergers and acquisitions. I have served as a private mediator in both state court and bankruptcy court cases. In every representation my goal is to complete the scope of work required in the most expedient and economical manner possible, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
