I also advise clients on issues in bankruptcy (debtor/creditor issues), construction, and commercial litigation including the prosecution and defense of complex, multi-party disputes. I have served as a private mediator in both state court and bankruptcy court cases. In every representation my goal is to complete the scope of work required in the most expedient and economical manner possible, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
